Calendario anual de frutas y verduras de temporada
Aquí os dejo el calendario que yo consulto con las frutas y verduras de temporada que podemos disfrutar a lo largo del año en España, y la siguiente información por cada producto y mes:
OK: Recomendado su consumo. Mes óptimo, de temporada natural. Buenos precios y calidad excepcional.
FC: Temporada forzada, conservadas en cámaras o recolectadas prematuramente. Suele ser más cara y de peor calidad.
IM: De importación. No es natural disponer en esta zona y mes de ese vegetal, por lo que si la encuentras seguramente será de fuera.
ND: No disponible. Lo lógico es que este mes no encuentres este producto en el mercado.
